I am so happy to tell you about Oregon Meditation. OM is driven to help others experience the proven health and healing benefits of a daily meditation practice. As the research continues to pour in, OM is committed to making meditation relatable and accessible through continued education and outreach, and I look forward to growing our community.
I am fortunate to have recently studied under some very knowledgeable Meditation Teachers and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) practitioners. These teacher-trainings have elevated my own practice in a way that has been very healing for me.
