I am so happy to tell you about Oregon Meditation. OM is driven by a desire to help others develop a daily mindfulness-meditation practice for health and healing. We are committed to making meditation relatable and accessible through continued education and outreach.
I am fortunate to have recently studied under some very knowledgeable mindfulness-meditation teachers and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) practitioners. These teacher-trainings have elevated my own practice in a way that has been very healing for me. Now OM is happily able to share these skills to help you develop a transformative meditation habit as well. It can be done, and we are here to help. Let’s get started!
