OM currently offers 1 to 1 individual meditation training and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) on the Zoom platform. These one-hour sessions are tailored to student needs and interests. A package of 3 sessions is recommended to develop your practice into a transformative habit.
Individuals
Organizations
Group meditation workshops are tailored to the group and available both on Zoom and in-person, circumstances permitting. A 3 pack/part workshop is recommended to support the members of your group/team in developing a restorative meditation habit.
Communities
OM partners with supportive communities to deliver meditation & Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM) trainings and workshops. Examples include: veterans, restorative justice, BIPOC/LBGTQIA+, and recovering communities. Every effort will be made to prepare for the needs of the group, and fees for services can be scaled.
